Yes! Use the “Character Projects” tab to save and reuse components.
Can I add many characters to one canvas?
Yes, though performance may depend on your device.
I bought a new collection but it’s not showing up
Log out and back in. Wait a few minutes and refresh the page.
I have multiple accounts. Can I combine collections?
Contact us for help merging purchases.
Can I use designs commercially?
Yes — all plans include a commercial license.

Email us anytime. We respond within 24 business hours.
Will I lose my projects when my subscription ends?
No. Your projects are saved, but editing and downloading will be disabled until you renew.
Can I use my purchased collections in the app?
Yes — collections marked with “Works with SK App” will appear in your app after purchase.
I forgot my password — no reset button in the app?
Use the reset form on svetlanakleine.com. The app does not store passwords.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Log in at svetlanakleine.com, go to your account > subscription, and cancel. Refunds are not available.
What happens if my subscription expires?
You’ll have a 30-day grace period to renew your subscription.
During this time:
- Your templates remain published
If not renewed:
- Your templates will be automatically unpublished
- Your projects will still be saved in your account
What happens if I downgrade my plan?
If you switch to a lower plan:
- Your templates will not be deleted
- Only the excess templates will be unpublished
Example:
If your new plan allows 50 templates, only the first 50 will remain published.
