As our new Portrait Creator app is now directly connected to your account on svetlanakleine.com, only the clipart sets you’ve purchased on our website will appear automatically in the app.

We understand that many of our loyal customers have supported us on platforms like Etsy or Design Bundles, and we don’t want you to feel left out. That’s why — as a one-time courtesy — we’re offering a manual synchronization of your past purchases from other platforms.

What you need to know:

  • Only collections listed on our Subscriptions Plans page are available in the app. Not all older products are currently supported.
  • You’ll need an active account on svetlanakleine.com — that’s where we’ll attach your purchases.

How to request a sync:

  1. Send us an email from the address associated with your svetlanakleine.com account (the one you’ll use in the app).
  2. Use the subject line: Purchase Sync Request
  3. In the message, include:
  4. Your svetlanakleine.com username and email
  5. Screenshots of your purchases from platforms like Etsy or Design Bundles (please include order IDs and product photos)

Subject: Purchase Sync Request

Hello,
My account on svetlanakleine.com: Megan, email: megan@gmail.com
Attached are screenshots of my previous purchases.

We’ll review your request and manually add your previously purchased products (that are part of the app) to your account. A new order will be created in your account showing these items — it will be marked as completed and fully paid. No action or payment is required from you.

Once the sync is complete, simply log into the app and you’ll see your collections ready to use. 🎨

Purchases from svetlanakleine.com will sync automatically

Any past and future purchases made directly on svetlanakleine.com will appear in the app automatically.
No need to request synchronization — everything will be linked to your account right away.

Please note:

🔹 Due to high demand, the sync process may take time — we appreciate your patience!
🔹 This is a one-time synchronization per user. We won’t be able to repeat this process in the future, so please make sure to send all screenshots in one email.
🔹 After September 1, 2025, we will no longer sync purchases from other platforms.
